STRENGTH

The Technical Team comprises of young dedicated and self motivated people with expertise on a wide range of technologies. The team is backed by two senior consultants with a combined experience of 25 years. The Development centre contains facilities including Digital Connectivity and State of the Art Servers. It is equipped with the right Software & Hardware required for the development efforts. The facility is equipped with Software for protecting Servers and other machines from security threats. The work products undergo strict testing and review process to ensure top class quality. All the work products are versioned using Configuration Management Tools.

Currently, the Software Development Team consists of ten members - the Chief of the Team with more than a decade of experience and other members between two to five years of experience. The Board of Advisers have more than two decades of Infotec expertise globally and are capable of building up any team size provided opportunities are given by global clients. Even though the Technical Team is small in size, the performance to its prestigious client IC Logistics Inc. of USA meets top class world standards and is fully engaged in the ongoing Global Technology Projects of IC Logistics Inc. of USA and Focused Test Inc.

Scarborough Fair, the flagship product of ICLogistics Inc. is being developed and delivered by our team in Chennai. The same way a desktop computer can print documents to a variety of printers by altering the printer selection, Scarborough Fair (SF) is a data and document utility that has the ability to convert a small and medium enterprise's (SME's) data to make it available to trading partners, in the format they require. This is done without requiring the SME to purchase or run multiple software systems. SF houses the SME's information in a virtual relational database on the web, and it is always available in real time, leading to productivity gains and cost reductions. Data is entered into SF in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, flat file import, comma separated value import (CSV), XML direct, MS Excel import, and manual entry. SF has the ability to transfer any data that stands alone or is contained in a document including inventory, shipping notifications, invoices, requests for quotations, customs documentation, engineering specifications and vendor performance metrics to name a few.

Our team have developed and deployed innovative web centric distributed data collection & reporting solutions for ICLogistics, to their clients with a very quick turn around time, very strict Schedule and Right Quality. This solution is currently being implemented at The Raytheon Company, Boeing Corporation and with the Global Trade & Technology Network (GTN) of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

Our team supports Focused Test Inc in the development of FTI Studio, its flagship product., Our team is involved in the development of various subsytems, tools & utilities that are part of FTI Studio. We have developed Instrument modules that enable testing of electronic components.

We also are involved in Product development and provide services for our other domestic and overseas clients.

A GUI (Graphical User Interface) Engine that generates screens on the fly based on XML constructs. The screens allows user to input data, validates data and generates the required XML documents.

A powerful Data Exchange engine that allows user to define and manage templates to exchange data between XML documents and other data sources.

A User Friendly Automated Reporting Solution that allows users to define reports based on multiple databases distributed over the Internet using Web Services.

"Best Practice" recognition by APQC (American Productivity and Quality Council) for our solution developed for ICLogistics.

Obtained recognition from the Auditors of the Shingo Award (Shingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing) that reports (from distributed databases) in our solution developed for ICLogistics "is very clean, very obvious where the data came from and trends in the business practices could be seen easily".

The Director of Raytheon IDS Integrated Logistics division says that our solution developed for ICLogistics "has set the standard in Raytheon for metrics management and data capture"
